Shop Floor Automations distributes Predator Software's Windows® based applications to automate the shop floor and improve production efficiencies. All of Predator's Modules work under Windows 7, Vista, 2003 Server, XP and 2000. Once in place, other Predator applications can be integrated either stand alone, or as part of a working suite.

Predator DNC Networking Module provides a wired and/or wireless CNC communication network  to control, and manage NC programs via the machine's RS232 or  Ethernet port.  The DNC Networking Module can be configured to communicate across any shop floor, world-wide up to 256 CNCs.  Remotely upload, download or drip from the CNC Control Panel without walking back and forth. Predator Desktop allows you to organize CNC programs, offset files, 3D solid models, setup sheets, CAD drawings, tool lists, and other production documents in a simple job traveler.

Predator Manufacturing Data Collection (MDC) Module keeps track of every second for every machine.  A real-time scoreboard displays current machine, part, job, operation and personnel status.  Multiple engineers, supervisors and managers can view the scoreboard from any networked PC. Leverage the power of the Internet and VPN from anywhere in the world to see the status of your shop floor. Predator MDC is real time software that collects, reports, charts,  and processes shop floor manufacturing data providing OEE. 

Predator Tracker Module electronically automates the tracking and organization of your tooling inventory, including cutters, inserts, gages, and tool assemblies.  Predator Tracker management software improves manufacturing processes and efficiencies by tracking consumptions rates, reorder levels, scrap and rework.

Predator Editing Module allows for CNC editing of M & G Code, file comparison between files sent from the shop floor verses programming with a complete report of differences, uploading and downloading via RS232 (including drip feeding), which works perfect on shop floor PCs or laptops.  Predator CNC Editor provides confidence to the shop floor by the 2-5 Axis Solid Verification and back plotting of CNC Code.
