Connect Your Shop Floor Equipment

to Strengthen Cybersecurity, Productivity and Efficiency

Unconnected Shop Floors Lead to Slower Throughput, Higher Risk and Limited Visibility

Today’s manufacturers operate in an environment defined by tighter cybersecurity mandates, higher production expectations and increased traceability requirements. Yet many shop floors still rely on disconnected CNC equipment, manual input at the CNC and lost time moving CNC programs to the shop floor equipment.

Shop Floor Automations (SFA) delivers complete connectivity solutions – combining industrial wired and wireless hardware, DNC Software and retrofitting outdated CNC machines with USB connectivity.

Trust the hundreds of positive customer reviews and 25 years of experience SFA has helping manufacturers modernize legacy CNC environments, all while preserving reliable, production-proven assets, and start connecting your machinery to improve your security, visibility and productivity across all facilities.

Red Flags That Point to a Shop Floor Connectivity Problem

The operational friction caused by disconnected, or poorly connected, shop floor equipment tends to feel similar to manufacturers, yet these “red flags” are often ignored until hardware failures, customer, corporate or industry demands require immediate action. If any of these issues are present in your plant, partner with Shop Floor Automations to proactively correct your shop floor connectivity today:

We added the USB ports to our somewhat seasoned machines. The installation went smooth, as it’s a simple and straightforward process. The actual product itself is user friendly and works great. I highly recommend it. I was hesitant at first because I tried in the past to use other brand’s aftermarket ports - with NO success. They were complicated and ended up not being used at all. These from SFA are awesome!

Awesome Company! When I called, they helped me pick the right device based on my machine. They know their stuff! Their support team walked me through the install and set-up process, and helped me troubleshoot through everything. I had fought my machine for 2 weeks trying to get it to connect to my computer. I had a program running in less than 24 hours after receiving my device. I would highly recomend!!
