Version 2018.10.30 –

NEW:

  • Operator Data Interface (ODI) screen is now live
  • Manage tab now has Work Orders
  • Work Orders also available under ODI
  • ODI also has the following features:
    • Equipment Overlay
    • Variables/Expressions
    • Excel Reports for Work Orders

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The welcome message when new members are created in the system has been edited
  • Saved charts in RTV improved when refreshing settings
  • New features available to different level users:
    • Program number variables for FOCAS and MTConnect are available to Bronze level users – once needed Gold level
    • Connectivity Monitoring ability – available to Silver level instead of needing Gold level

Version 2018.08.30 –

NEW:

  • New connectivity health monitoring for the Cloud, Command, and Equipment
  • Export to Excel for Parts Numbers, User Events, Alarm Statuses, and Connectivity Health
  • New logging filters for the DataXchange Service live log view
  • Updated organization of Service logs
  • Added ability to display historical saved charts on RTV
  • Additional features with connectivity tester
  • Alarm Detail Reports and Target Utilization Trend Saved Charts

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Fixed issue vanishing underscores from user groups in certain forms
  • Downtime statuses not displaying has been corrected via the RTV’s Equipment Status Downtime Summary
  • Utilization Per Period Chart incorrect data issue with different time zones has been fixed
  • Modifying shift hours has been corrected
  • MTConnect connection variables not mapping properly fixed
  • Utilization Chart Per period shows targets by machine group correctly
  • Parts Per Hour Report selects correct stop time

Version 2018.06.19 –

NEW:

  • Target Utilization Chart, Target Utilization Saved Chart and Target Utilization RTV views all have new filtering options added
  • Parts Per Hour Export Report was added
  • Collapsible tree for equipment list when selecting user group or company
  • New filters added to equipment detail report
  • Sorting added to RTV Share a Screen form by user and user group
  • Multiple sorting options and filters added to RTV Equipment Status Grid
  • More filter and sorting options added to Equipment Status Summary Report

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Current status timer will no longer be reset when updating notes via Data Entry
  • “Unable to connect” error that occurs when checking for an update when connecting to Cloud has been corrected
  • RTV refresh data rate optimized
  • Loading time of Ideal Time form optimized
  • Error when modifying previous unknown downtime via Data Entry screen has been corrected
  • Status color issues in charts and reports corrected
  • User unable to login to configuration file error fixed
  • Also corrected issues with deleting equipment, running Downtime Summary charts by user, and more fixes made!

Version 2018.04.10 –

NEW:

  • Additional downtime filters added to Downtime Summary and Pareto Charts/Reports
  • New metric: Ideal Operation Time
  • Target Utilization Trend Charts are new

  • Improved User form performance, as well as the user interface when selection multiple machines or part numbers within Manage Ideal Times form

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • User interface improved when filtering charts/reports by user
  • FANUC FOCAS variable can now read a range of PMC addresses instead of being limited to one address
  • Corrected many issues, including timeline report display problems, equipment name variable errors, inconsistent Average Cycle Time Report data displayed, and more.

Version 2017.09.13 –

NEW:

  • Read the current line of a program when using Fanuc FOCAS

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Average Cycle Time Report should display properly
  • Issue with Auto Login settings not saving when exiting DataXchange fixed
  • Data Entry screens should retain machine list info after reboot

Version 2017.08.17 –

  • Focas.pmc_address_value can read more than one byte from a PMC address

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Many issues corrected, including variable exports due to user not being able to define a path to save files, modification issues corrected, RTV Status Grid abilities improved, and many more improvements
  • Various Data Entry problems corrected, including an issue with the equipment status list, settings returning to default when a machine name is changed, and creating new users/permissions via the Data Entry screen

IMPROVEMENTS:

Version 2016.10.03 –

NEW:

  • MTConnect Data Viewer
  • Scytec support staff can now remotely restart DataXchange services
  • Line to the Target Utilization per period chart that represents the average for each of the machines is a new feature to enjoy
  • You can now copy RTV screens to groups or users
  • User interface option to change whether the DataXchange service runs over http or https
  • RTV OEE Equipment Summary added
  • RTV OEE Equipment Grid has also been added
  • Operation Time Charts are new
  • Excel Export Report for Operation Time is also a new feature (and a tongue-twister!)

IMPROVED/UPDATED:

  • Performance with forms accessing ideal time and defaults
  • Equipment form updated
  • Can no longer delete a plant with equipment assigned to it
  • Labels on Metric Definitions page fixed to properly reflect the calculations being used
  • Sorting by equipment filter for particular charts and reports fixed
