Since 1994, a team of developers has continuously updated the product to run on the latest version of Microsoft operating systems. All software is supported by direct engineers at the corporate office as well as local resellers worldwide. Most customers will purchase the product through a local reseller to provide sales, service, and support that have been trained and certified in the specific product.  Support is provided over the telephone, email, and using remote services like GoToMeeting, TeamViewer, and ZOHO Assist.  Maintenance contracts also are available for purchase to provide on-going support and upgrades to the software as newly released.
