Real Time Viewer


The Real Time Viewer allows the viewing of shop floor data such as the machine status, part counts, downtime detail, scrap detail, and OEE from anywhere through a browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer. The views are configurable and saved on an individual user basis.

Here is a screen that has been configured to show part counts on the top, OEE and downtime on the bottom.



This screen is showing the productivity breakdown in the upper right and then three different machine views in the other areas of the screen.



Available Views

  • Current machine status bars
  • Timeline machine status
  • Machine status grid
  • Part counts per machine for the current shift
  • Part counts per part number for the current shift
  • Downtime distribution for the current shift
  • Current downtime detail per machine
  • Scrap counts for the current shift
  • Productivity summary for the current shift
  • OEE for the current shift
    Each View can be configured independently arranged appropriately based on the screen size.
