Predator MDC Express™ is used for those companies currently collecting manufacturing data manually. As a scaled down version of our Predator MDC product, we can manually monitor events initiated by machine operators such as begin shift and end shift.

Collect data from the shop floor and then summarize and view the data using the same Reports, Charts and Graphs currently available in Predator MDC.

MDC Express does not require full Predator MDC licensing. MDC Express can be upgraded to Predator MDC for real-time data collection.

Manual Machine Monitoring of Manufacturing Data Collection

Want to record information directly from the operators? Predator MDC also supports manual monitoring of events that are initiated by machine operators such as begin shifts and end of shift. PC's with Predator MDC located on the shop floor can be used to manually collect data using several methods including using Predator's Shift Summary form and entering the data collected using the PC's keyboard and mouse, or use bar codes utilizing Predator's Remote Request™ functionality.
