Predator File Manager™

Swamped with too many CNC programs? Can’t find the latest CNC program? Predator DNC includes a configurable file manager with complete drag and drop support. Organize your jobs by customer, job, or CNC. The file manager uses shortcuts or aliases to manage your CNC programs independent of your PC or network file structure.

Remote Request™

Tired of walking back and forth? Remote Request allows the operators on the shop floor to send, receive and drip feed CNC programs directly from their CNC controls. This is where any similarity between Predator DNC and other DNC packages ends and the Power of Predator DNC networking begins. Predator's Remote Request™ supports Remote Autoname™ for simplified uploading of NC code remotely from the floor, Remote Feedback™ for visibility back to the DNC server PC when errors occur, and an unlimited number of possible Remote Commands for each and every CNC you create in the DNC Explorer™ interface. Best of all, this power is included at no extra charge.

100% Network Compatible

Want to store CNC programs on a network server? Predator DNC with Remote Request works as a DNC gateway between your CNC's and your Novell, Windows NT, Unix, VMS or Lantastic network server. Like any other Windows^® compatible application, if Windows can see the data, Predator can see the data. Server Safe™ DNC

Concerned about network reliability? Predator DNC includes Server Safe™ DNC configurability for error free DNC transfers even if the network server should crash or fail during DNC communications. DNC Service

Now runs as a true Windows service! Predator DNC/Desktop v7 now includes a mode that complements the other two: Administrator and Shop Floor. The advantage of the Predator DNC Service is to allow IT personnel to manage Predator DNC as they do other services. The Predator DNC Service provides operation without a user interface as a true Windows service and requires a solid remote based PXP configuration file. Like all Windows services the Predator DNC Service can run without a logged in Window’s user.
