In order to receive credit on returns, please note the following guidelines:

Credit is less shipping and handling.
Goods must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
All products must be returned in their original condition.
All returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
A RMA # must be requested and approved in order to receive credit on any return.
No refunds will be issued on any software purchased once a license has been issued.
