Predator BTR's universal BTR design supports any NC, CNC, tape reader and tape punch combination. Other BTR's often require different BTR's for different types of NC and CNC machines. Predator BTR's universal design simplifies installation and maintenance issues.

Expanded Memory

Have to load large NC or CNC programs?

Predator BTR's are available in three memory sizes 128k, 512k and 2 MB supporting 1,000 feet, 2,000 feet and 4,000 feet of tape respectfully. Every model supports drip feeding of unlimited size NC or CNC programs. Note: Not all NC or CNC controls support drip feeding protocols.

Predator BTR's are 675 compatible with every major tape reader and punch vendor. 675 compatibility means that operation of the Predator BTR is transparent to the NC or CNC machine. A NC or CNC machine with an installed Predator BTR still thinks it is running from tape.

Predator BTR's eliminate paper tape, allow older machines to be networked and are 675 compatible with every major NC and CNC vendor. 675 compatibility also means the Predator BTR can be unplugged, returning the NC or CNC machine to it's original operation.

Every Predator BTR includes opto-isolation protection between the NC or CNC and the PC. Predator BTR's save thousands in repair dollars and minimize down time by automatically filtering power surges or spikes.
